Based in Middle Tennessee, Crystal Clear Technologies began with a vision for providing reliable, comprehensive Fiber-To-The-Home service–without the downsides that typically plague this growing approach to community living.

Jamie Spurlock

Over the course of thirteen years, Jamie Spurlock built a Middle-Tennessee IT company from bare-bones startup to an award-winning solutions provider serving the southeast US. Eventually employing over 200, the company provided the entire range of IT solutions for a broad range of customers in industries such as banking, utility, medical and legal. Infrastructure, voice, data, video, wireless, networking and security solutions were designed, implemented and supported in single-location and multi-campus settings. Jamie also developed innovative cost/pricing models which added value for many customers. He brings a unique brand of enthusiasm and a broad range of expertise to each Crystal Clear project. With the broad range of services packaged in our projects, Jamie’s depth of experience in both IT and cost management gives us a unique edge in designing and building tomorrow’s communities.


James Carbine


After twenty years living and working in Middle Tennessee, James Carbine is one of the area’s most respected builder/developers. Today, more than 3,400 upscale homes bear the unmistakable mark of quality that James and his brother, Denzel, bring to each project.

Combining his expertise as a builder/developer with a solid background in financial planning and accounting, James is the company’s primary operative in dealing with local government planning and zoning commissions. As a Certified Public Accountant with substantial real estate experience, he is also heavily involved in the sales and financial aspects of each Crystal Clear project.

James’ credentials include serving as the President of the Home Builders Association of Tennessee in 2005 and serving as a Director of the organization for 9 years. James also served as President of the Homes Builders Association of Middle Tennessee in 1999 and has been involved with the organization for more than eleven years. James holds a BSBA from Auburn University and regularly speaks at national conferences about bringing technology into traditional neighborhood communities.
